Hélder Guimarães nomeado para Mágico do Ano / Hélder Guimarães is nominated for Macigian of the Year

O jovem portuense venceu nos últimos dois anos o título de Parlour Magician of The Year. 

Pelo terceiro ano consecutivo, o português Hélder Guimarães pode vencer o galardão de Mágico do Ano, atribuído pela Academia de Artes Mágicas de Hollywood (EUA).

O prémio distingue os melhores ilusionistas em quatro categorias: Close-up, Parlour, Stage e Lecturer. Em 2012 e 2013, Hélder, de 31 anos, venceu na categoria Parlour (que pode ser traduzido como melhor “mágico de salão”). Agora, está nomeado para a Close-up (“magia de perto”, é aquela que acontece mesmo em frente ao público). O galardão, votado por mais de 3.000 membros da academia, vai ser entregue no Orpheum Theatre, em Los Angeles, no dia 13 de abril.

The young man from Porto City (Portugal) won the title of Parlour Magician of The Year in the past two years. 

For the third year in the row, the portuguese Hélder Magalhães can win the title of Magician of The Year, from the Academy of Magic Arts in Hollywood (USA).

This price distinguishes the best magicians in four categories: Close-Up, Parlour, Stage and Lecturer. In 2012 and 2013, Hélder, 31 years, won the Parlour category. Now, he is nominated in the Close-Up category. The price, voted from over 3.000 academy members, will be handed at Orpheum Theatre, in Los Angeles, at April 13th.
